1. Refund Policy Overview

At NNKK Solution, we strive to deliver the highest quality digital services. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent refund process for all our clients. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Project Not Started: If the project work has not commenced, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued.
  • Significant Delay by NNKK Solution: If we fail to deliver the project within the mutually agreed timeline without prior communication, you may request a partial or full refund.
  • Service Not as Described: If the delivered service significantly differs from the agreed-upon scope and specifications, and we are unable to resolve the issue, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Duplicate Payment: If a duplicate payment was made accidentally, the extra amount will be refunded in full.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project work has started
  • Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required content, feedback, or materials
  • Services that have been fully delivered and approved by the client
  • Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, API subscriptions) that have already been incurred
  • Custom design or development work that has been completed as per approved milestones

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project or service at any time by contacting us. The following terms apply:

  • Before Project Kickoff: 100% refund of advance payment.
  • During Discovery / Planning Phase: 75% refund of the total amount paid.
  • During Design Phase: 50% refund of the total amount paid. All completed design files will be provided.
  • During Development Phase: 25% refund of the total amount paid. All completed work and source code will be provided.
  • After Final Delivery: No refund. All deliverables and source files will remain with the client.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Send an email to nnkksolution@gmail.com with your project details and reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

6. Modifications & Scope Changes

If you wish to modify the project scope instead of cancelling, we are happy to accommodate changes. Any additional charges resulting from scope changes will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins on the modified requirements. This does not qualify as grounds for a refund.
