1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by NNKK Solution, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Our Services

NNKK Solution provides web development, design, and digital solutions. Our services include but are not limited to: custom website development, e-commerce solutions, UI/UX design, website maintenance, and SEO optimization.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
Respond to communications in a timely manner
Provide necessary content, images, and materials as agreed
Make payments according to the agreed schedule
Review and approve deliverables within the specified timeframe

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required before work begins (typically 5%)
Final payment is due upon project completion
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables. NNKK Solution retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback turnaround, and scope changes. Significant delays caused by the client may result in timeline extensions.

7. Revisions

Our standard packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

NNKK Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
